Hsien has been integral in the growth of SMEs from across varying industries through franchising, JV and Branding and Business process Transformation Strategies. She has held key top executive positions with some of the region’s most recognised brand names. In recent years, she has focused on leveraging technology to accelerate the management and growth of companies. Tree AMS was the brain child grown out of a desire to bring a business management tool that business owners can use to manage multiple aspects of their business on one single platform.

As a Senior Certified Practicing Management Consultant, ACTA Certified Trainer, Certified Franchise Executive, Business Excellence and SCOPE IP Consultant, Hsien and Astreem are committed to bringing new and relevant marketing insights to the business community.

Stree Naidu

Advisor

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific IT industry, Stree Naidu offers guidance and advice on technology and investor relation strategies. He is currently the Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan at Cato Networks. He is responsible for the overall business operations.

Stree is also the owner and founder of Novacube, a firm that specialises in growing start up IT companies from the US, Canada and Israel. Novacube also actively seeks to incubate and invest in Singapore based IT startups.

Prior to Cato Networks and Founding Novacube, Stree worked with Imperva for 6 years, and brought with him a depth of technical knowledge and experience in developing and growing software businesses. In his role with Imperva, Stree focused on providing solutions to help customers in Asia Pacific and Japan protect themselves against data security threats, while also leading the regional executive team.

David Cheng

Legal Advisor

David Cheng is the chair and managing partner of Nixon Peabody’s China and Asia-Pacific practice. He is qualified in both the United States and Hong Kong. He focuses on cross-border transactions, litigations and investigations, advising on issues ranging from acquisitions, capital financing (initial public offering), intellectual property protection and disputes to fraud, FCPA and SEC investigations.

He has a client portfolio from all over the world: United States, Middle East, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.

Abhishek Date

Process Management Expert

Abhishek graduated from S P Jain Center of Management, International with Masters in Business Administration in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

With over 9 years experience in consulting, Abhishek is the subject matter expert for business structure development including strategy planning, supply chain management, audit plans and performance target development. With Astreem, Abhishek helps clients develop robust and scalable processes using the business excellence framework as a foundation for growth.

Prior to Astreem, Abhishek was a consultant with Oracle and had worked on the number one core banking solution worldwide. Abhishek has consulted major retail banks in India, Middle East and North Africa.

Ng Jun Kin (JK)

Product Manager

A computer science graduate from the University of Technology, Malaysia, JK is an IT security consultant specialising in Project Management and IT Security. JK is responsible for the Tree AMS product development strategy road map. His eye for detail makes him uniquely qualified to create architect technical design documentation, manage the development process, lead technical implementation and product quality assurance.

Prior to Tree AMS Pte Ltd, he served as an IT consultant at NCS and also developed deep experience with Rasnet Singapore as a network engineer.
